Such efficient method of development and implementation of new technologies and large-scale engineering projects as dynamic strategic planning is studied. It combines areas of practice of management and real projects design, tending to add the plans flexibility; or, in other words, to use real options. Dominant strategies are determined in view of the factors within the target function of long-term planning.
