Federal export support programme is an important tool of increasing the economical competitive ability. But the protection measures are necessary to comply with one of the major provisions of the Federal Target Programme "South of Russia". Main target of the said federal programme is to create economical and social conditions for the stable and non-conflict progress in the southern areas of Russia, and protection of the Russia's strategic interests in the region.
