Social and Economical Aspects of Economical Security and Economy Clustering

The article covers some questions of the economical clustering influencing the social and economical security of the country. The authors offer strategic guidelines for introducing the foreign capital to regional clusters. During the study several indicators were found, disbalance of which enthreatens the consistent progress of economy and the social stability of the country.
