The article concerns the specific features of the management institutes when some additional, previously unaccounted for components appear in the environment; specifically, it regards ecology as a factor influencing the ecological interest. For this matter, instituting can be understood as a process of systematising the economic relations with unstable characteristics. For example, specific European ecological troubles influences the ecologic control scheme and audit in the European Union.
