Contribution to the State Military Security by Military Defense and Industry

The article shows that the military defense and industry is the basis for the federal militarry forces efficiency in the modern high-tech conflicts, and, ultimately, the military safety of the country. The article offers a theoretical and methodical complex for assessing the economic aspect of defense industry influence on the military security. It analyses the possibility of using the analogues and substitution methods in evaluation of the prevented damage; it gives the comparative study of the evaluations and their combination to receive the final coefficient.
