Regional model of social partnership in Kazakhstan

The author regards such economic category as “social partnership” as a topical issue of the present day. Social partnership is one of the priorities of the state policy, and it manifests itself in social and labor-management relations based on coordination and protection of the interests of employees, employers and authorities by means of contracts, agreements, compromise and consensus in labor-management regulations, as well as in economic and political development. The article deals with the national and regional development of the social and labor-management relations, and of the labor market regulation in Kazakhstan; the author also analyses the present-day model of social partnership in Kazakhstan.
