The meetings of the scientific and technical council of JSC “Russian Railways” usually discuss the issues of functional strategy of quality management in the Company and the it is carried out. S.V. Palkin, Head of the Health Check Center, told our correspondent what is being done to upgrade the quality of supplies and to improve the cooperation with the main suppliers of rolling stocks and other components of railway infrastructure. Strategic objective lies in creating a quality management system.
