One of the vital issues of education financing lies in determining its efficiency in terms of the economy requirements. Usually it is economy that predetermines the goal of education and evaluates how they were achieved. That is why the object of economics is to define the efficiency of education financing. Eliciting the demand of economy for qualified personnel and analysing the issue in terms of economics is of lasting relevance.
