Vital issues of the low efficiency of budget funds and consequences thereof

The author proceeds from the fact that all the largest financial injections from all the budgets in Russia are either of no or low efficiency, that is why the issue should be studied more thoroughly. The researcher sees lobbyism as an aspect thereof being linked with corruption and closeness to the authorities and thus handicapping effective competition. The author speaks about a number of regions as an example.
