Globalization challenges of the long-term social and economic development strategy of the Russian Federation

J.K. Galbraith proved to satisfaction that agricultural sector needs long-term planning in the context of the advanced industrial society. The Russian Government developed a long-term social and economic development strategy of the Russian Federation up to 2020-2030, a part of it analyses the challenges of the today’s globalization. However no adequate emphasis was put on the key challenge of the coming long term - and that is radical changes in the world order, national sovereignty ebbing and the Westphalian system erosion.
