Agroindustrial sector support is known to be of top priority to Russia because the whole food supply security depends thereon. Positive processes therein are being boosted now by the priority national project “Agroindustrial sector development” which is implemented as part of the State program for the development of agriculture and agricultural markets regulation which include agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2008 up to 2012. However there are lots of problems in the development of the agroindustrial sector so far.
