The country moving to mature and socially oriented economy implies drastic renovation of the industrial production of all going concerns based on the latest scientific and technical achievements. Domestic industry has only worn and outdated fixed assets at its disposal. Over the last years the domestic economy has been moving to market relations amid the drop in engineering, whereas a decrease in productive facilities renovation has taken place. Thus high-technology prduction is being superseded by those of lower technical level.
