Business operation transformation is based upon generating of efficient micro-level self-organization mechanisms of business units that results in competitive policy creation and implementation. There is an organizational innovation aimed thereat, and that is outsourcing. It implies company (customer) involving a third-party firm (outsourcer) for the purpose of discharging any management functions or reorganizing the work of its department as well as developing new systems.
