Social protecion of military men and their families: time should be taken by the forelock

In December 2008 Sergey Mironov, the Head of the Federation Council appeared before the Coordination Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council in the social protection of military personnel, law enforcement officials and their families touching on the process and implementation of the Strategy of the Armed forces social development for the period through to 2020. He argued that the designed complex of strategic issues is to be constantly monitored by the Government of the Russian Federation.
