The article analyses inter-uindustrial model to evaluate alternatives in social and economical progress strategies for the northern regions of Russia. Within globalisation, economy stability is determined not only by home prices structure, but also by global prices dynamics. The problems related to WTO requirements for Russia to simplify the foreign employees to the jobs market are less important for Murmansk region. But the region is sensitive to changes in economical environment related to regulation of import and export, and to balancing home and foreign prices for energy...
