Each regionу needs a clear and elaborated progress strategy, designed with attention to specific regional features, evaluation of resources, industry and other potentials, possibility of crisis and other aspects potentially determining the implementation. State audit is necessary for all the stages of strategic management cycle: from strategic analysis and planning to correction of strategic plans and programme.
