Ministry of Home Affairs of Russia is among the first Russian government agencies to approve its own plan against corruption. These was made within national plan on preventing bribery and other types of official malfeasance. Head of Inherent Security Department of Ministry of Home Affaires of Russia tells about the measures militia is planning to take to strengthen its own morals. It's worth noting that similar agencies exist in police forces of Europe and America.
