Subject. The article addresses medical institutions of the Republic of Guinea that provide fee-based medical services to the population. Objectives. The study aims to analyze key indicators of healthcare development in the Republic of Guinea, develop an economic and mathematical model for changing tariffs for paid medical services depending on their volume, build an economic and mathematical model to manage the profits of medical organizations, ensuring profit growth with an increase in the volume of medical services provided and a decrease in tariffs. Methods. We employ the economic and mathematical model of paid medical services management enabling to increase the share of own funds in the revenue structure of medical organizations. Results. With an increase in the volume of medical services by 50%, the total balance sheet profit increases with a 4.81% decrease in tariffs for paid medical services. The break-even of medical activity occurs with an increase in the annual volume of medical services by 42% compared to the basic version of the simulation. Conclusions. The built economic and mathematical model to manage the healthcare development is an effective tool for increasing the availability of medical services for the population of the Republic of Guinea through reducing tariffs and increasing the income of medical organizations from the provision of fee-based medical services.
