Evaluating the efficiency of budgetary spending on the governmental program of the Russian Federation ‘The Development of the Industrial Sector and Improvement of Its Competitiveness’
Importance Considering a decrease in business activities and difficulties in forming the profitable part of budgets in the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, it gets especially important to evaluate the efficiency of some budgetary expenditures. Objectives The research reviews trends in the Federal budget expenditures for the governmental program The Development of the Industrial Sector and Improvement of Its Competitiveness, and evaluating its efficacy. Methods Using mathematical methods, I analyzed various components of the governmental program implementation efficiency, assessed the efficacy, profitability and thrift of the Federal budget expenditures for the program implementation. Results During the research, I found key challenging aspects of the governmental program finance, and articulated possible solutions. Conclusions and Relevance Whereas budgetary spending on the industrial sector of the Russian Federation is being cut, goals and objectives of the governmental program The Development of the Industrial Sector and Improvement of Its Competitiveness may remain uncompleted, thus leading to a reduction in certain program activities, and the program as a whole, and affecting the efficiency of the Federal budget expenditures.
