Importance Socially-oriented and innovative entities constitute a new market mechanism, which beneficially combines economic sustainability and social responsibility.
Objectives The research aims at setting up a holistic management mechanism needed to create or improve the structure of non-profit or profit-making entities, which pursue positive changes in the economic situation.
Methods We used basic models of socially-oriented entities in line with their salience. We forged necessary and reasonable models for holistic management of such entities. Modeling was performed through mathematical description of the matrix apparatus, thus allowing to capture source data and final results as a table. We also applied a matrix method for economic and mathematical modeling to set up matrices and further describe the type of socially-oriented entities as part of holistic management.
Results We formed a holistic management mechanism, which is based on modeling and selected models of the socially-oriented and innovative entity.
Conclusions and Relevance The research into socially-oriented entities allowed forming the holistic management mechanism, which reflected how all the selected models of socially-oriented entities function and interact. The mechanism is driven with five scenarios, in accordance with the current business situation. Each scenario should be applied in compliance with priority of certain areas and a socially-oriented entity model.

Keywords: holistic management, innovation, socially-oriented entity
