In the given economic realities, the business segment often employs methods of cost optimization to reduce the expenditures and to survive and create a competitive product. A useful way to focus on the core business is the use of outsourcing. The article describes this phenomenon, and it provides a comparison of the Russian and foreign experience in outsourcing. The authors estimate the efficiency of financial business processes in outsourcing application.
