The article discusses the aspects of the development of the system of implicit, primarily corporate knowledge as a critical factor of expanded reproduction of product innovation and enhancing of the competitiveness of a modern enterprise. In the context of the study and provision of a rationale for simultaneous failure of the market, the State and society, the authors identify development of imperatives of tacit knowledge, which integrally represent the socio-economic genotype of an economic agent. In addition, the paper explores the development needs of the implicit knowledge of the technical and technological prototype of economic interactions. The authors propose specific activities of different entities to ensure the accelerated development of implicit knowledge and creation of the conditions for synergies within the cognitive plasma, which is a unity of the socio-economic genotype and technical and technological prototype, for example, of the modern corporation. The article substantiates the necessity to transform the scientific and educational sectors of the national economy in the leading sectors of the domestic economy.

Keywords: knowledge, knowledge economy, implicit knowledge, socio-economic genotype, mental models, values and meanings, activity, technical and technological prototype, cognitive plasma, rent-seeking, braking mechanism, developing exchange communication, entrepreneurial universities
