The article explores approaches to the estimation and optimization of the growth in the value of a holding company. The author considers how to use the current system of net cost (Net Present Systematic Value, NPSV). The paper showcases the use of NPSV in assessing the effectiveness of the business units and considers techniques for optimizing cash flow plan. The author proposes the method of adjusting their size to reach the target growth of the value of a company.
