The article deals with the issues and opportunities of the use of public-private partnership in projects of development of the domestic fishery. The author explores the features of the mechanism of public-private partnership and highlights the main obstacles to its implementation in industry and proposes principles, forms and methods of public-private partnership projects related to the specifics of fishing industry in our country.
