Сompany capital structure modeling in compliance with ownership structure

The article emphasizes that the study of a company capital structure brings mixed results. The author substantiates that the issue of an influence of institutional factors on capital structure remains open. The paper submits an optimal control model, which explains the arrangement of influence of a company property structure on capital structure. The author makes a conclusion about an influence of an indeterminacy of property structure on capital structure depending on company activity parameters.
