Institutional inadequacy of the global financial system

The article emphasizes that in relationship between center and periphery of the global economy, we can observe the persistent trend of the financial nonequivalent exchange. The author substantiates an inadequacy of the global financial institutions functioning with respect to the national economic development requirements. The author draws a conclusion about the necessity to consolidate efforts of the Eurasian Economic Community to overcome the dependence on external financing by means of strengthening of powers and authority of their own financial institutions.
