Interest to the issue of state regulation of financial markets in Russia has risen sharply due to the Central Bank functioning as a mega regulator. The theme is highly relevant because the efficiency of the financial markets predetermines high rates of economic growth, which directly affects the improvement of macroeconomic background in the country and improving the quality of population life.
