The article presents the research results of efficiency of budgetary funds expenditure and services quality by municipal authorities of children additional education in the culture sphere (on the example of the Chkalovsk district of Yekaterinburg). The paper researches activity of establishments on the basis of the author's technique considering specifics. The author gives the main directions on increase of efficiency of budgetary funds expenditure and studied establishments in final part of the article.
