Macroeconomic outlook: monetary policy, devaluation and structural problems

This article discusses the macroeconomic policy in Russia and the possibility of changing the monetary policy, the general effect of the possible outcome devaluation, structural constraints of economic development. The author analyzes the macroeconomic policy tools that interact with structural constraints of an economic system. Forecast shows the basic positions of the authorities, which require further development and improvement on the basic macroeconomic aggregates and on the structural parameters of the economy, with a certain probability of influence of different instruments within the concept of "constructive forecast". The paper presents interpretation of monetary policy in terms of its impact on the economic structure in the theoretical perspective.
