The article considers the problem of increase of management efficiency by investment projects of public-private partnership. It is very relevant in connection with the budget deficit in the Russian regions. The author offers the conceptual directions of development of the state-private partnership at regional level on the basis of the analysis of functioning of investment projects and concludes on expediency of further implementation of investment projects on the basis of state-private partnership during the crisis period of the Russian economy.
