Productivity of expenses of the budget on rendering educational services: methodological approaches to assessment

The article considers the approaches to an assessment of productivity of the budgetary expenses on rendering the state services and carries out the analysis of productivity of expenses of the federal budget on rendering the state educational services. The author gives the characteristic of influence of the mechanism of financial security of the state educational services on productivity of the budgetary expenses.
