Estimation of economic efficiency of academic units in per capita normative funding for higher education

The transition to the financial support of higher education on the basis of per capital funding raises the problem of determining the economic efficiency of academic units within the institution. In the present work the method of economic efficiency estimation for university faculties subject to standard costs and credit hours transfers between the academic units are considered. The results obtain to group the units via the efficiency criteria and get the analytic base for managerial decisions.
