The article is devoted to problems of estimating the quality and effective management of an imbalance of target characteristics of development of the enterprise. A special technique of an integrated assessment is offered. Four interconnected methods make a technique expressed in a single algorithm: systems of the regression equations, substantial cut, methods of indistinct sets and analysis of hierarchies. Step-by-step following to algorithm will help to reveal an imbalance of target characteristics of development and to develop the relevant administrative decisions.
