Institutionalization of the payment environment of electronic commerce in Russia

The author analyzes tendencies of development of payment institutes and prospect of creation of the international financial center in Russia on the basis of primary development of electronic commerce in B2C and ?2? spheres. The author proves that in the conditions of globalization of the markets of consumer goods the role and a place of cross-border private payments in structure of National payment system of the Russian Federation become particularly relevant.
