Public finance represents the sphere of interaction of various interests: state, group, individual. Optimum ways of their reconciliation is a basis of social and economic and political stability of the state. Therefore relevance gains need of reform of existing system of public finance of Ukraine. In the article the comparative analysis of functioning of systems of public finance in Ukraine and abroad is carried out. The recommendations on the carrying out reforms in Ukraine are developed.
