Comprehensive assessment of stability of national financial system

The article is devoted to development of a technique of a complex quantitative assessment of stability of a national financial system. Factors and the criteria influencing stability of a financial system are allocated. Procedure of an assessment of stability of a national financial system from the point of view of economic-mathematical logic is developed. The conclusion is drawn on need of use of the complex quantitative assessment assuming allocation of macroeconomic, macro-prudential and micro-prudential levels of a national financial system, and the use of system of rating estimates.
