Franchising as alternative of development of small business in Ukraine

In the article the questions of development of the new instrument of business - franchising are investigated. The economic essence, role and features of system of franchising as one of the most perspective types of an entrepreneurial activity and its advantage to development of small subjects of managing are considered. Dynamics of franchising activity is analyzed, the reasons of delay of functioning of franchising business in Ukraine are found out and ways of their overcoming are defined.
