Recommendations about introduction of ecological innovations in category "five stars" hotels (on example of "Grand Hotel Europe" hotel, St. Petersburg)

In the article the obligatory and additional demands made to hotel within eco-marking are presented "life leaf". Accounting of expenses for introduction of eco-innovations in "Grand hotel to Europe" is given. The minimum cost of similar procedure for hotels of the highest category of St. Petersburg within eco-marking is calculated. The actions for introduction of ecological innovations in hotels of this category are offered.
