In the article work methods with problem debt in commercial bank are considered. On the basis of data of branch No. 3652 VTB24 (joint stock company) in Kaluga the analysis of a credit portfolio and its structure in 2010-2012, and also an arrears assessment during this time is carried out. The actions directed on prevention and elimination of problem debt in commercial bank are given
