In the article a change of a role of the international companies in modern conditions is analyzed, actual factors of financial stability of multinational corporation are described. Influence of financial crisis on institutional systems, including changes in the bank sphere, the main tendencies influencing changes in the financial environment, need of crisis management and regulation at various levels are considered.
