The obligatory preliminary estimate of expected economic efficiency and risks of the innovative project is necessary for effective commercialization of results of intellectual activity. In the article the technique of an assessment of commercial effectiveness and risks of innovative projects is offered. The conceptual scheme of analytical information system for the analysis and an assessment of risks of the project of commercialization of innovations is considered. Recommendations about use of system estimates of risks at creation by higher education institution of the small innovative enterprise are given.
