Issues of quality and competitiveness of labor in modern economy are caused by plurality of mutually influencing social and economic factors of all markets of economy. In the article justification of inter-conditionality of the levels of professional education of manpower and their income is presented, caused by the developed tendencies of labor expectations and employment on a labor market of Russia and degree of their cyclic variability in the course of labor formation at the stage of vocational training by students
