In the article the features of creation of models of a joint management are investigated by projects which can be applicable in the analysis of integration processes are presented. Shortcomings of model of support of decision-making on investment in joint investment projects, its weak places which lead to a conclusion are shown that in relation to real integration projects use of offered model is represented inexpedient.
