Now in the State Duma of the Russian Federation work on revision of provisions of hl is conducted. 4th "Legal entities" of the Civil code of the Russian Federation where among a set of the outlined amendments official fixing of an organizational and legal design "corporation" is provided. Receiving by the Russian corporations of the legitimate status is connected with recognition by their main economic subjects of a transitional economy.
