Priorities of the U.S. financial policy in conditions of global instability

In the article the problems of modern financial policy are considered. Particular attention is paid to the sequestration of budgetary expenditures and the abolition of tax exemptions. The possible implications of the U.S. anti-crisis measures for the global economy are identified. It is concluded that new approaches to the financial policy of the U.S. mean the beginning of the transformation of the world monetary and financial system.
