Features and tendencies of Russian securities market in conditions of strengthening of globalization processes

In the article the Russian stock market becomes the integrated part of the uniform world financial market are revealed. Historical and logical methods of research allowed establishing the reasons of features of national securities market. The graphic method confirmed a hypothesis of coincidence of movement of the Russian market with the market cycles observed in industrially developed countries. The content analysis allowed confirming a hypothesis of achievement of the purpose on creation of world financial center in Russia by mega-regulator creation.
