In the article the results of the integration analysis of basic theoretical concepts and the methodological principles of cost and value for search of explanations and identification of effective instruments of elimination of the increased turbulence of the financial and economic markets, therefore, achievements of macroeconomic stability and efficiency of national economy in long-term prospect are presented.
