In the article the opinion of authors the change of tourist streams to the Kaliningrad region by creation of scenarios of their dynamics is presented. The forecast of total number of the busy population of the Kaliningrad region on the basis of that the models of dynamics of change of employment of the population in the tourist and recreational complex Kaliningrad till 2024 are constructed.
