In the article the concept and the content of management process by financial risks at the enterprise is disclosed. Within the description of stages of financial risk management and methods of management by them are presented. On the basis of generalization and addition of existing theoretical provisions of a risk management advantages and shortcomings of the main methods of management by financial risks of the company are revealed.
