Enterprises' restructuring as instrument of Russian economy structure featuring

In the article the role of restructuring of the enterprises for growth of national economy is considered. The purposes, need of restructuring, branch specifics of restructuring now in Russia are presented, and the conclusion is drawn on expediency of carrying out this type of transformation of business. On concrete examples expeditious restructuring as a way of strengthening of positions of the enterprises in market economy in the conditions of uncertainty is shown.
